This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to provide you with our services.

Like most websites, we collect certain information automatically when you visit, including your browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and general geographic location (city/region level). When you submit a quote request, we send you a confirmation email and notify our team of your request. These are transactional emails related to your inquiry — not marketing newsletters. We use Resend to deliver these emails. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for delivery purposes and is not used for any other purpose.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are stored in our database for up to 24 months so we can reference prior inquiries if you contact us again. After that period, records are deleted unless we are legally required to retain them. Analytics data collected through Google Analytics is retained for 14 months (GA4's default retention setting).

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at Email Us. We will respond within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information.
