Terms of Use
Effective date: July 22, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website located at nationalfiresafetypro.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2. About National Fire Safety
The Site is operated by National Fire Safety, a fire protection company headquartered at 213 Washington Street, Mount Vernon, NY 10553. We are a family-owned business providing NFPA-certified commercial and residential fire safety services across the NYC Tri-State Area since 1989.
3. Use of This Website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not:
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation;
- Infringe or violate the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of National Fire Safety or any third party;
- Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional material, spam, or similar content;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems;
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site or the servers and networks connected to it.
We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
4. Quote Requests and Estimates
The Site allows you to submit a request for a fire safety service quote or consultation. Any estimate, quote, or price indication provided through this Site — whether via a contact form, email, phone, or any other means — is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer, contract, or guarantee of final pricing.
Final pricing is subject to on-site assessment of actual conditions, job scope, applicable code requirements, materials, labor, and other factors that can only be determined following a formal inspection or consultation. A binding agreement will only arise upon execution of a written contract or work order signed by an authorized representative of National Fire Safety.
Submitting a quote request through this Site does not obligate National Fire Safety Pro to perform any services, nor does it obligate you to engage our services. We reserve the right to decline any service request at our discretion.
5. Accuracy of Information
We strive to keep the information on this Site accurate and up to date. However, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information, services, or related content on the Site for any purpose. Regulations, code requirements, and service availability may change, and you should always verify current requirements with the applicable authorities having jurisdiction (AHJ).
Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, engineering, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified fire protection engineer or licensed contractor before making decisions based on content found on this Site.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, National Fire Safety, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising out of or relating to:
- Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site;
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site;
- Any information obtained from the Site;
- Unauthorized access to, use of, or alteration of your transmissions or content;
- Any estimate or quote provided through the Site that differs from final actual costs.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to your use of the Site exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
7. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (such as our Instagram profile or industry resources) that are not owned or controlled by National Fire Safety. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
8. Intellectual Property
The Site and its entire contents — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — are the property of National Fire Safety or its content suppliers and are protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content on the Site without our prior written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
